A complete off-grid power system installed by JVDC Electrical for a customer who lives off grid, with the mains supply kept in place as a back-up. The system is built around an 8kW Victron setup, paired with BSLBATT lithium batteries for energy storage.
The Victron equipment manages the solar input, the battery charging and the power supplied to the property, and the grid connection is there as a back-up if it is ever needed. Everything is neatly wall-mounted with isolators fitted, so it is tidy, safe and straightforward to maintain.

Farm Sub-Mains, Barn Lighting & Roller Door
A new three-phase sub-main installed by JVDC Electrical on a working farm, feeding new distribution boards in the barn. The barn was fitted with new LED lighting, giving bright, even light across the whole building, and we also supplied and commissioned a new roller door.
All of the new electrical work was installed, tested and commissioned by our team, ready for the farm to use.

myenergi Libbi Battery Storage
A myenergi Libbi battery system installed by JVDC Electrical with two 5kWh batteries, connected to the customer's existing solar system. The batteries store spare solar generation so it can be used in the home instead of going to waste, and they also charge at off-peak times when electricity is cheaper.
The system is installed neatly in the garage with isolators fitted, so it is tidy, safe and easy to maintain.

Sauna, Gym & Hot Tub Supply
A new, separate three-phase electrical supply installed by JVDC Electrical to power a new sauna and gym building and a hot tub. High-demand equipment like this needs a supply of its own, so it is wired separately and safely from the rest of the property.
The external lighting around the building and the covered hot tub area is controlled using smart Shelly devices, giving the customer simple, flexible control of the warm wall lights.
